• We value consistency
• We avoid using a large number of libs or frameworks, they drift you away from the problem you are trying to solve, and sometimes give you more problems.

Projects

• We think quality is more important than delivering the project on time: if we need a couple more days to ensure quality requirements we will.

Team work

• We think searching the best solution needs giving up on preexisting concepts or points of view.
• The team only performs if the whole chain is healthy.
• We are respectfull and clear on our relations.
• Each must work on what one's feels best.
