Our manifesto

We divided our code in three main categories:

Code

We value consistency
We avoid using a large number of libs or frameworks, they drift you away from the problem you are trying to solve, and sometimes give you more problems.

Projects

We think quality is more important than delivering the project on time: if we need a couple more days to ensure quality requirements we will.

Team work

We think searching the best solution needs giving up on preexisting concepts or points of view.
The team only performs if the whole chain is healthy.
We are respectfull and clear on our relations.
Each must work on what one's feels best.
